I took the following information off of the ATA web page which was furnished by the Nevada State Trapshooting Association concerning proper etiquette while shooting on the trap line: Many shooters forget good trapshooting etiquette. The Officers and Board of Directors would like to express our deepest sympathies to Tim’s wife Shirley and his entire family. Tim was a life member of the NRA and a member of Camillus Sportsman’s Club and Bridgeport Rod and Gun Club. During his career, Tim registered 109,100 singles, 32,600 handicap, and 21,600 doubles targets. His last registered targets were shot in 2013. Joseph “Tim” Wylde of Mattydale, New York, passed away on December 6, 2021. The Officers and Board of Directors would like to express our deepest sympathies to John’s family on his passing. His last registered targets were shot in 2018 and he was standing on the 19 yard line. John registered 127,500 singles, 111,295 handicap, and 64,440 doubles targets during his career. John started registering targets in 1971. Kaysa of Horseheads, New York, passed away on November 18, 2021. I am sorry to say that New York has lost two more registered shooters. It won’t be too long before better weather comes and we can start shooting registered targets again. I hope everyone is staying safe and warm during the winter season.
